How does the Swing It bag work?
The Swing It is a detachable bag for your phone cord. You attach the bag to your cord with two press-studs. Your phone and the bag hang separately from each other on your cord, with the bag covering your phone. If you want to use your phone, just swing the bag.
Inside the bag you can store your cards, keys and other small items. The bag is not designed to hold your phone. You hang the bag around on your phone cord.
Does my phone fit in the Swing It bag?

Can I wear my phone cord without a Swing It bag?
The bag is detachable and you can wear your phone cord with or without the bag.

What is the delivery time?
Nice Guy Freddie delivers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on your location. You will receive a track & trace code so you can track your order.
The shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg are € 3,90 and the delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days. Free shipping from € 50.
For France, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark the shipping costs are € 9,60 and the delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days. Free shipping from €150.
For all other countries the shipping costs are € 26,20 and the delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days. Free shipping from € 250.
At the moment we do not ship to the UK.

How will I know if my order has processed correctly?
When you place your order we’ll send you an email to confirm it. Once it’s dispatched we’ll also update you so you can keep an eye out for your goodies in the post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to modify your order once it has been placed.
How can I return my purchase?
Does your order not meet your expectations? You have the right to return your goods within 14 days after receipt of the product without further obligations. All products must be in original condition and with a clear indication of name and order number be returned. Otherwise it is unfortunately not possible to receive a refund. After the product is received in good order and in its original condition, the purchase price will be refunded within approximately 5 to 10 working days. The shipping costs for returning are for the account of the buyer. Do you want to return your order? Can the phone cord damage my phone?
All our products are handmade. Despite many quality tests, we can not 100% guarantee that your phone remains damage free. It may be that the metal rings or dirt from outside in the phone case will scratch it. We take no responsibility for damaged or lost phones. Always check the condition of your product and if your phone fits well in the case. Handle with care and at your own risk.
